Privacy of Customer Personal Information
Intelligent Search Technology, Ltd. believes in protecting our customers personal information. We will not by any means give out, rent, or sell our customers personal information, for example your name, mailing address, email address, or phone number. In addition, nobody except the employees of our company have access to your information.

Privacy of Customer Data
Intelligent Search Technology, Ltd. protects our customers confidential information with the same diligence as we protect our own. We are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest level of services and support for our products. This includes careful handling of all of our customers data - whether it is sensitive information, or not.

For statistical analysis, we may retain information to the public about aggregate or typical usage and we may publish a customer list, but will not share specifics about a particular customer without the express, written consent of that customer.

Web Services Privacy
All user data files that are uploaded onto our secure servers for online batch processing are automatically deleted after 3-5 business days. In addition, users have the ability to delete the files themselves immediately upon batch process completion. Our web servers have secure socket layer (SSL) protocol installed, and any data transmitted back and forth is encrypted using the best available methodology. No client information is ever re-sold to any other vendors. IST’s online services are real-time tools that do no caching or storing of customer-supplied information. We have no use for customer-specific data and warrant that it is discarded once the online process is complete.

In-house Software Privacy
The in-house products do not require an Internet connection, and all data processed on your local network remains where you stored it. Every component of the in-house version is installed locally, and the software makes no external data access attempts (with the exception of product registration and checking for latest updates).

Securiy
IST’s online service infrastructure is located in a highly secured site with 24-hour security coverage, and is redundantly configured with respect to hardware, connectivity, and failover. Our web servers have secure socket layer (SSL) protocol installed, and any data transmitted back and forth is encrypted using the best available methodology.
