The purchase of ISTwatch© includes free technical support, maintenance and updates valid for one (1) year from receipt of the software.

OFAC updates are distributed within one (1) business day of the official updates posting time and often on the same day, and need to be copied over the previous files to stay up to date.

Unlimited technical support may be renewed each subsequent year. Unlimited technical support may not be renewed if there is a lapse in payment.

Technical support is available from 9:00am to 5:00pm ET excluding weekends and holidays.
