White Plains, NY, July 20, 2009 - Intelligent Search Technology (IST) is pleased to announce the newest version of its popular duplicate detection and merge-purge tool, MerlinMerge SpeedPro^® version 3.0. This latest edition features faster operation, the ability to efficiently handle extremely large files, can take full advantage of 64-bit platforms, and is backwards compatible. In addition, a comprehensive an advanced wizard with a fresh new look simplifies the setup and product registration process.

MerlinMerge SpeedPro uses the searching and matching intelligence of our powerful fuzzy searching and matching technology to achieve unparalleled accuracy and speed while overcoming variations due to many common errors found in data. By using the intuitive Graphical User Interface (GUI), processing large input files is simple and consolidates lists and files into a common data format -all while preserving data integrity.

In addition to the upgraded processing features of version 3.0, enhancements to the GUI enable streamlining the merge-purge and deduplication setup process. These modifications provide an efficient tool, for business and advanced users.
