ARGO Data Resource Corporation teams with Intelligent Search Technology, Ltd. to add advanced identity searching and matching capabilities to its enterprise-wide financial services.

White Plains, NY, February 27th, 2005 - Intelligent Search Technology, Ltd. (IST) and ARGO Data Resource Corporation today announced a strategic alliance. Under the agreement, ARGO will use IST’s enterprise tool suite, NameSearch®, to fortify its anti-money laundering, terrorist discovery and government regulatory solutions. NameSearch® will be used by ARGO for interactive searching, merge/purge processing, real-time and batch duplicate record detection.

In utilizing NameSearch®, ARGO will be able to help its clients to minimize the potential for fraudulent activities and to significantly decrease the rate of mismatches and false-positive matches. The reduction in false-positives dramatically reduces the expenses associated with the implementation of regulatory-compliance processing. The NameSearch® software suite contributes additional value by enhancing information retrieval and risk assessment.
