The following enhancements have been made in the new version of our online services:

Features added:

– Improved and easier to use interface

– Support for most browsers currently in use today including all versions of Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, and Apple's Safari browser

– Review of user's payment history

– Retrieval of passwords

– Access and ability to update user's profiles

– Feedback form for comments and suggestions

– Updated documentation

– A more convenient and efficient way of viewing and managing batch process data files

Features no longer supported:

– The ability to upload Access files for Correct Address. This may be available in a future release.

** Important note for our XML web service users:

We will be phasing out our previous version of the web services. We encourage all users to download and review the latest copy of the web service technical manual to see how the changes may affect their existing applications interfacing with our products.

1. Click on the Customer Login link in the top right-hand corner of the page.
2. Log in with your existing account credentials.
3. Click on the “Documentation & Technical Support” link on the left side of the main account screen.
4. You will see the links to download updated web service documentation in the center of the page.
